Milton Kingsley
Chief Financial & Risk Officer
Milton is not only Coopper’s father but also the stabilising force behind MALEX. With over 40 years of global executive experience, he has advised boards of some of the world’s largest corporations and built a career on finding the opportunities within risk.
Today, he brings that depth of insight to MALEX, ensuring its strategies rest on a foundation of rigor, discipline, and long-term security.
Decades of Perspective
Armed with a triple major in economics, econometrics, and chemistry, Milton began his career in executive management with global giants such as Caterpillar, IBM, United Technologies, and Tyco.
For decades, his work has centered on risk and advisory, entering organisations to identify structural weaknesses, design systemic solutions, and provide strategic guidance to the board.
Beyond the corporate world, Milton has run his own consultancy for over 30 years, working with both federal and state governments as well as startups.
Whether restructuring large multinationals or training young teams in project management and finance, his gift lies in bridging cultures, sectors, and systems, creating alignment where others only see complexity.
Principles He Stands On
Milton believes in solving problems at their root, not patching over symptoms. For him, strong organisations are built on clear processes, cultural alignment, and leadership that values people as much as performance.
His philosophy is clear:
Set expectations with restraint, exceed them with substance.
Shaping MALEX’s Foundation
At MALEX, Milton anchors the discipline that turns uncertainty into clarity for the individual investor. His experience ensures that while Coopper drives innovation, every decision clients make rests on a foundation of rigor, risk-awareness, and long-term security.
Together, father and son embody the firm’s core belief:
Building intergenerational wealth requires intergenerational insight.
